Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a friendly grocery stock clerk to ensure accurate price markings, restock shelves, and rotate merchandise according to store policies. You’ll provide customers with courteous service on the sales floor and help maintain displays for maximum sales.

The role requires standing for long periods, occasional lifting up to 50 lbs, and flexibility to perform cashier duties when needed. Training is provided, prior experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service through friendly, courteous, fair and honest treatment of all customers.
• Maintain service levels on sales floor.
• Assist in building store displays for maximum sales and turnover.
• Follow approved procedures for receiving product, price marking and restocking to ensure quality integrity.
• Assist in ordering and maintaining inventory control.
• Replenish merchandise on store shelves as needed.
• Handle damaged and spoiled products according to Company policy and assist in controlling the level of such goods.
• Maintain a professional appearance by adhering to the Company’s dress policy.
• Follow all Company policies and procedures.
• Possess ability to perform all duties of a cashier when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
