Job summary

WinCo Foods is seeking a Stock Clerk to maintain and replenish stock and provide friendly customer service. This role includes nightly shifts from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am in a 24/7 operation, with lifting up to 50 lbs and operating pallet jacks to move product.

Candidates should have strong accuracy, basic math, and a commitment to safety and customer care. A Food Handlers Certification may be required by state law; compliance with policies and procedures is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation and ability to engage with customers.
• Experience managing stock, rotate, and face products, and maintain stockroom.
• Commitment to safety, sanitation, and following store policies.
• Ability to perform basic math and use PLU codes during stocking and checkout processes.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and serves customers with friendly, courteous service.
• Stocks, rotates, faces products and maintains stockroom; discards outdated items.
• Operates hand trucks and pallet jacks to move products.
• Maintains a safe, sanitary work environment.
• Builds product displays and assists with merchandising tasks.
• Performs duties with honesty and integrity.
• May assist with checking duties and provide friendly service.
• Performs other duties as assigned or needed.
