The role emphasizes following safety, sanitation, and policy guidelines, keeping shelves properly priced and organized, and collaborating with the night crew manager to resolve issues and support daily store functions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions.
• Possess basic computer skills.
• Possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Federal, State, and Local regulations as well as company policies regarding night crew operations, safety, and sanitation
• Adhere to company policy through proper receiving, handling, storing, and stocking of product
• Maintain proper shelf conditions in regards to pricing, cleaning, straightening, rotating, and facing of product
• Adhere to shelf management as it applies to following suggested plan-o-gram layouts and new/discontinued products
• Help keep the backroom clean and orderly by organizing, making bales, stacking pallets etc.
• Take direction from the night crew manager and assistant night crew manager, inform the appropriate people if any problems arise
