Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Able to work overnight shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in grocery/retail stocking or warehouse is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and face products so shelves are full and organized.
• Unload pallets and transport merchandise safely to aisles.
• Break down boxes and keep stockroom and sales floor tidy.
• Maintain accurate product placement and pricing.
• Keep aisles and backroom areas clean and safe.
• Monitor inventory and report low or damaged items.
• Assist with overnight cleaning tasks and displays.
• Operate pallet jacks, carts, and scanners safely.
• Follow safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Work independently during non-peak hours to recover stock.
• Communicate clearly with teammates and leadership.
• Support store-wide efficiency across departments.
• Adhere to company policies including attendance and dress code.
• Support loss prevention with proper procedures.
• Participate in trainings and continuous learning.
• Stay productive by organizing backstock and improving shelves.
• Other duties as assigned.
