Job summary

The Restaurant Store is seeking an Operations Associate to assist the Overnight Operations Manager with daily material handling at our Wyomissing location. You will help with receiving, stocking, and presenting inventory to support sales, merchandising, order fulfillment, and inventory teams.

This role requires hands-on stocking, accurate product placement, and clear communication with management. You will help maintain store cleanliness and support location operations to align with overall

Responsibilities

• Execute efficient receiving and put-away of incoming stock using pallet jacks, carts and/or powered equipment
• Ensure a high level of organization and neatness while completing daily restocking tasks
• Communicate effectively with the Overnight Operations Manager to sufficiently stock products in correct merchandising locations within the branch
• Communicate effectively with the Overnight Operations Manager to address any operational issues
• Rotate stock (FIFO) and pull damaged and expired products as needed
• Perform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goals
• Maintain the overall cleanliness of the store
