Job summary

The Restaurant Store is seeking an Operations Associate to assist the Overnight Operations Manager with daily material handling in our Baltimore branch. You will help receive, stock, and present products in a way that supports sales, merchandising, order fulfillment, and inventory teams.

Key duties include efficient receiving and put-away, maintaining organization, FIFO stock rotation, and clear communication with management to address issues and align with store goals.

Responsibilities

• Execute efficient receiving and put-away of incoming stock using pallet jacks, carts and/or powered equipment
• Ensure a high level of organization and neatness while completing daily restocking tasks
• Communicate effectively with the Overnight Operations Manager to sufficiently stock products in correct merchandising locations within the branch
• Communicate effectively with the Overnight Operations Manager to address any operational issues
• Rotate stock (FIFO) and pull damaged and expired products as needed
• Perform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goals
• Maintain the overall cleanliness of the store

Job Summary

The Operations Associate with The Restaurant Store is responsible for assisting the Overnight Operations Manager with all aspects of daily material handling in a retail branch location. The Operations Associate will achieve a variety of operational goals through effective receiving, stocking, and presentation strategies that align with the goals of our sales, merchandising, order fulfillment, and inventory teams.
