Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Stocker to keep shelves filled and the store ready for customers in Richland, WA. You will stock, rotate, and organize displays while assisting shoppers and answering questions on the floor.

The role also covers backroom movements, inventory awareness, and following safety procedures. Flexible shifts include day, evening, and overnight to support busy periods.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks following training.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Availability for flexible shifts including day, evening, overnight, weekends and holidays.
• Adherence to safety, sanitation and dress standards.
• Prior retail, stocking or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and organize displays to keep store ready for customers.
• Assist customers with questions and locating items on the floor.
• Move products from backroom to sales floor and rotate stock.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and safe aisles.
• Follow store policies and stocking processes; support deliveries and resets.
