Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Stocker to keep shelves stocked and the store ready for customers. Day shifts involve stocking, organizing shelves, and helping customers find items. Overnight shifts focus on deliveries, restocking, and resetting displays for the next day.

You'll move products from the backroom, rotate inventory, and maintain clean, organized aisles. The role suits someone who enjoys physical work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and balers following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including daytime, evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• <p>Stock shelves and organize products on the sales floor and assist customers with locating items.</p>
• <p>Move products from backroom to floor, rotate inventory, and keep aisles clean and accessible.</p>
• <p>Support deliveries and restocking during overnight shifts to prepare for the next day.</p>
• <p>Follow safety procedures, stocking processes, and company policies in daily operations.</p>
• <p>Maintain backroom organization and ensure accurate labeling and pricing where applicable.</p>
