Job summary

Hannaford in West Lebanon, NH is seeking a Stock/Center Store Associate to support the third shift and Center Store operations. You will assist the Stock Crew Manager with stocking, pricing and customer service to meet store goals.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, can work overnight or early morning shifts, and possess leadership, teamwork and organizational skills. Forklift training is a plus and safety is emphasized.

Qualifications

• A high school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lead and direct the department associates.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Desire to work in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements including successful forklift and power jack training.
• Must meet minimum age requirements.
• Ability and availability to work overnight or early morning shifts as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, training and developing associates.
• Assist maintaining staffing, scheduling and financial results for the department.
• Cut, mark and stock product as required.
• Use good judgment in assignment and follow-up for efficient performance.
