Job summary

PAQ, Inc. is seeking a Night Crew 3rd to support store operations on-site. You will assist in delegating tasks, monitor stock integrity, and help manage inventory while upholding company standards and safety policies. This role requires attention to detail and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Typical duties include coordinating with the Grocery Manager and Store Director, handling prepped back-stock, and maintaining safety and quality standards. Weekend/evening shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Over two years grocery clerk experience preferred.
• Forklift training completed per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delegating and assigning tasks to night crew as delegated by store management.
• Assist in monitoring shelf price integrity and restocking for accuracy and product rotation.
• Assist in monitoring procedures for case cutting to minimize damage and loss.
• Process damaged and spoiled products according to company policies.
• Assist in ordering and inventory control; notify management of invoice errors and shortages.
