Job summary

PAQ, Inc. is seeking a Night Crew 3rd to support the Night Crew Manager in pricing, stocking, rotation, and maintaining a welcoming store image. You will assist in ordering store products, scheduling, and ensuring all operations align with store policies to maximize profitability.

The role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and weekend/evening shifts. OSHA forklift training is required or provided by PAQ, Inc. on-site.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years Grocery Clerk experience preferred.
• OSHA forklift training completed or by-proxy through company policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delegating tasks to night crew members as directed by management.
• Monitor shelf price integrity and restocking for accuracy.
• Assist in ordering and inventory control; notify management of invoice errors or shortages.
• Maintain back-stock and display areas, including the Wall of Values and soda wall.
• Support training and development of night crew team members.
