Job summary

WinCo Foods in Billings, MT is seeking a dedicated Stock Clerk to maintain and replenish stock to meet customer needs. You will work 6–8 hour night shifts from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am, delivering friendly service and supporting store operations.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficient stocking across shelves and displays. Responsibilities include engaging customers, rotating stock, building displays, operating pallet jacks, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented; able to engage with customers.
• Must work nights in a 24/7 operation, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and move quickly for extended periods.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and safe use of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes, engages, serves and thanks customers with a friendly, courteous attitude.
• Maintains product quality, stocks, rotates, faces, and discards outdated items as needed.
• Cuts boxes and places small containers on shelves.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and sanitary work environment.
• Orders products, cuts cases, and sets prices/labels on merchandise.
• Builds product displays and operates pallet jacks/hand trucks.
• Performs duties with honesty and integrity; may train other employees.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
