Job summary

The GIANT Company is hiring a backroom team member for our Lancaster, PA store. The role focuses on unloading trucks, breaking down pallets, restocking U-boats, and replenishing shelves from backstock to keep displays current and organized.

You will work with mass and end displays, rotate products, and assist with efficiency and inventory flow. Shift hours start from 4-hour blocks and may extend based on business needs; heavy lifting up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations
• Meets ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodation
• Meets company performance standards including regular attendance
• Able to use or learn to use the equipment and tools used to perform this job

Responsibilities

• Load U-boat with stocking items
• Stock and replenish shelves from backstock
• Stock and replenish mass or end displays, rotate product, and present shelving as requested by store management or replenishment lead
• Remove out of code items using most efficient methods for rotation.
