Job summary

Powder is seeking a Night Foreman for the Snowmaking department. This seasonal full-time role involves overseeing the night crew, ensuring adherence to snowmaking plans, and coordinating with other departments to maintain safety and efficiency on the mountain.

Work runs late November through January, with potential extension. You’ll operate and troubleshoot snowmaking guns, monitor water and air systems, and document issues while wearing required PPE.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Good physical health.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time with clothing and equipment.
• Provide daily supervision of snowmakers.
• Follow snowmaking best practices and procedures.
• Set up, tear down, and troubleshoot guns.
• Monitor and operate snowmaking equipment.
• Adhere to snowmaking plan and communicate with departments.
• Relocate equipment as directed.
• Complete tasks safely and efficiently.
• Report equipment and safety issues to Manager.
