Job summary

Sleep RX LLC in Lake St. Louis, MO is seeking an experienced Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) for a full-time night shift that runs 8:00 PM–6:00 AM, primarily on weekends. You will perform diagnostic sleep studies, apply sensors, and ensure data quality for physician interpretation.

Requirements include RPSGT certification, BCLS, and completion of an accredited polysomnography program. The role offers a competitive hourly rate and benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher; completion of an accredited Polysomnography program.
• RPSGT certification required.
• Current BCLS certification required.
• Prior experience as an RPSGT or RRT in a sleep lab.

Responsibilities

• Testing and Data Collection: Facilitate polysomnographic tests and collect accurate data.
• Equipment Preparation: Prepare and calibrate equipment, apply electrodes, sensors, and airway pressure masks per established protocols.
• Monitoring and Recording: Record patient activities, monitor study quality, and document clinical events (e.g., respiratory and cardiac episodes).
• Data Analysis: Score clinical events and tabulate data for physician review.
• Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and laboratory protocols.
