Job summary

Essentia Health Sleep Lab in Fargo, ND seeks a Sleep Technologist – RPSGT to join a dedicated team providing comprehensive sleep testing for pediatrics to adults.

This permanent night shift position offers 0.9 FTE with a $5,000 sign‑on bonus and a night differential. Responsibilities include patient screening, performing polysomnograms, and collaborating with physicians on care plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited respiratory care/respiratory therapy program.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist or Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician with current state licensure.
• Board Registered Polysomnography Technologist within twenty‑four (24) months of hire.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Screen and schedule patients by phone.
• Perform polysomnograms.
• Educate patients during and after admission.
• Participate in case review and treatment plans with physicians.
• Arrange prescribed patient home therapy.
