Job summary

Stanford Medicine Children's Health Sleep Lab is seeking a Sleep Technologist III to manage overnight polysomnography setup, patient hook-ups, and data collection. You will work as part of a team to operate advanced sleep study equipment and ensure quality, compliant testing.

The role requires 3+ years of related experience, a BRPT credential, and BLS certification. Schedule includes night shifts with 36 hours weekly in a hospital setting. Salary is aligned with institutional pay scales.

Qualifications

  • Qualification: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Three (3) years of progressively responsible sleep tech experience.
  • BRPT certification by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists.
  • Basic Life Support by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

  • Set up lab and hook up patients for overnight polysomnograms.
  • Operate complex sleep monitoring equipment and record sleep/wake physiology.
  • Maintain accurate technologist notes and logs during testing.
  • Perform CPAP and Bi-level titrations per policy and procedures.
