Job summary

Community Health Systems is seeking a Sleep Technologist for full-time night shifts (6p–6a) with rotating weekends on-site. You will administer sleep studies under physician direction, score records, and document results, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout procedures.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, equipment maintenance, and coordinating specimen collection as part of diagnostic sleep testing. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in sleep technology or a related field.
• RPSGT or CPSGT certification required.
• BCLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sleep studies per protocol under Medical Director guidance.
• Perform and document patient assessments before and during studies.
• Score sleep records and communicate findings to physicians.
• Collect and transmit biological specimens as needed.
• Document results and patient data in accordance with policies.
