Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk for night shifts to verify and record shipments and prepare items for shipment. The role emphasizes quality and productivity in daily operations.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED, 1–3 years related experience, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs. The shift is 9:00 PM–6:00 AM with weekend requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; or 1–3 years related experience.
• Must be computer literate; knowledge of Microsoft Suite preferred (Word, Excel).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and monitor deliveries.
• Receive and unload freight manually or with pallet jacks.
• Measure and record daily mail and package volumes.
• Verify items received with PO.
• Transfer materials and wrap/ship supplies.
• Maintain inventory records and shipping materials.
• Use email/phone to communicate with customers and suppliers.
