Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking a night-shift clerical support associate to provide general administrative support to the production department. You will update production reports, track attendance, and maintain calendars while adhering to NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines and applicable laws.

The role requires basic math and computer skills, ability to work unsupervised, and a willingness to work nights, weekends, and extended hours. Benefits are available day one.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Basic math skills and computer skills required or beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support to department (update/distribute shift production reports, track absences, update calendars).
• Enter data into computer systems and retrieve as needed.
• File departmental paperwork accurately and timely.
• Perform production work as needed.
• Adhere to safety, policies and food safety standards; report issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
