Job summary

Zeeco is seeking a Night Shift Working Lead to supervise and participate in welding and fabrication on the night shift. You will set daily priorities, ensure safety and efficiency, and act as the first on-floor contact for workflow and quality concerns.

The ideal candidate has welding experience and a background in machine shop or first-entry manufacturing. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to mentor staff and meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading night-shift production teams in welding/fabrication.
• Ability to read drawings, weld symbols, and work instructions.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and process improvement is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support night shift fabrication and welding of burners, flares, and related components.
• Act as primary on-floor lead, assign tasks, and solve problems to meet schedules.
• Ensure work complies with drawings, welding procedures, and quality standards.
• Promote HSE compliance and proper PPE usage; enforce safety policies.
• Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and escalate issues to supervision.
• Assist in training and onboarding; mentor junior team members.
• Support equipment troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.
