Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in flux core arc welding.
• Ability to weld 1/16” – 3/32” diameter wires.
• Successful completion of a hands-on weld test required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds frequently.
• Willingness to work overtime when available.

Responsibilities

• Arc weld metal components as per AWS D1.1.
• Produce multi-pass groove and fillet welds.
• Inspect finished work for conformance to specifications.
• Make weld repairs to damaged parts.
• Operate hoists or cranes to position parts.
