Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years’ welding experience preferred.
• Ability to read a measuring tape and use hand tools.
• Team oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate light, medium and heavy welding equipment and hand tools.
• Set up equipment and load raw materials for cone cages and related parts.
• Maintain clean, safe workstations and follow safety procedures.
• Inspect welds and finished components for quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Assist with other duties as needed to support production goals.
