Allegiance Industries, Inc. is seeking a Night Shift Weekend Security Guard for a manufacturing facility in Lexington, NC. The role runs Saturdays and Sundays from 8pm to 8am, with on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement.

You will monitor cameras, follow post orders, and maintain professional relations with staff and the public while documenting incidents and investigations. Applicants must pass a background check, a drug screen, and have a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency.
• Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation.
• Ability to pass a background and drug screening.
• Ability to work all shifts.
• Ability to understand, interpret and follow the rules, instructions and lawful orders.
• Ability to cope with stressful work situations.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.
• Ability to obtain a Guard License.

Responsibilities

• Assist Allegiance management in delegated duties and functions.
• Follow written/verbal directives.
• Monitor security cameras.
• Public relations and awareness and dealing tactfully with the public.
• Assist in investigations concerning loss/damage of client property.
• Follow post orders and Allegiance policy and procedure; document information professionally.
