Allegiance Industries, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Security Site Supervisor to support site security operations during night shifts in Bay St. Louis, MS.

You will monitor cameras, enforce post orders, and assist management with investigations, reports, and safety procedures. The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, the ability to pass background and drug screening, and the willingness to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to pass a background and drug screen is required.
• Willingness to work night shifts and weekends.
• Must understand and follow rules, instructions and orders.
• Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to obtain a State Guard license as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Allegiance management in delegated duties and functions.
• Monitor security cameras and respond to incidents.
• Stand or walk for extended periods on various surfaces during shift.
• Follow post orders, policy, and procedures.
• Obtain statements, write reports, interview and document information professionally.
• Detect safety hazards and communicate with staff per mandated safety rules.
