Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in field operations 2 programs.
• Possess SC Waste Treatment License, but willing to train the right person.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License.
• Excellent communication skills including fluency with reading, writing and speaking English.
• Readily accessible by phone and able to work on-call for emergencies.
• US Citizen. E-Verification required.
• No felonies or major misdemeanors.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor water and sewer treatment processes in a 24/7 shift environment.
• Conduct field inspections to ensure regulatory compliance and safety.
• Coordinate with state and federal officials and other departments as needed.
• Assist in asset management concepts including preventive maintenance and budgeting.
