Job summary

National Tank Services, part of the Trimac Family of Companies, is seeking a laborer to support exterior washing, interior flushing, valve cleaning, and related tank maintenance duties. You will work a 1:00 am–9:30 am shift, Monday–Friday, using cleaning systems, hoses, and pumps under safety policies.

Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, endure variable weather, and handle hazardous materials with proper procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work in variable weather conditions.
• Must be able to read and comprehend standard procedures and practices.
• Knowledge of proper procedures for handling and disposal of hazardous waste materials.
• Physical activity required handling cleaning equipment and residue (up to 50 lbs).
• Hazardous chemicals are used; respirator may be required (HAZMAT training provided).

Responsibilities

• Exterior washing
• Assist with interior flushing
• Valve cleaning and assembly
• Observing tank entries
• Clean hoses and pumps
• Operate cleaning systems and controls (valves, piping, start/stop switches, timers)
• Perform general laborer duties
• Use cleaning equipment (spinners, hoses, pumps, drum cleaning products, product residue up to 50 lbs)
• Piping and hoses carrying liquids under pressure (hot, cold, hazardous, steam)
• Adhere to Safety, Health, Environmental, and Security policies
