Night shift Warehouse worker – Electric Jack & Reach Truck

Mid shift Hours: 11 am to 8 pm    Pay: $21.00 hr.

Night shift: 8 pm to 4 am    Pay: $22.00 hr.

Location: Warren, RI

Are you an experienced warehouse professional with hands-on skills using electric pallet jacks, sit-down forklifts, or stand-up reach forklifts?

Our client is looking for a Warehouse Equipment Operator who’s ready to join a fast-paced, organized team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of warehouse experience, strong equipment handling skills, and a solid understanding of inventory systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate sit-down forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and stand-up reach forklifts safely and efficiently
• Perform daily equipment safety checks and report any issues immediately
• Load and unload trucks; ensure trailers are chocked before work begins
• Receive, pick, and move inventory using FIFO practices accurately
• Log all lot numbers, locations, and counts using inventory systems
• Maintain neat and accurate paperwork (pick tickets, forklift logs, put-aways)
• Manage sample inventory and assist with product organization
• Maintain cleanliness of dock areas, freezer space, and warehouse grounds
• Work independently and be ready for overtime with minimal notice

What You Bring:

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience (small parcel processing is a plus)
• Proven skill operating sit-down forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and stand-up reach forklifts
• Experience using inventory tracking systems or warehouse management software
• Basic computer and math skills
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and safety-first mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs.] and work in varied temperature settings
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
