Job summary

Sizemore, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Tech for Lakeland, FL with night shifts (6pm–5am). The role offers weekly pay at $15.00/hr and opportunities for training and growth in a direct-hire setting.

Fulltime employment includes medical, dental, vision, 401k, and more benefits. Work may be indoors or outdoors with potential overtime and a focus on safety and efficiency. 18+ years old required with background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
• We conduct a 7-year background check and perform a drug test prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Gather and dispose of all cardboard, other packing materials, wood, etc. from designated gaylords and bins.
• Clean various flooring surfaces including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and scrubbing.
• Empty all trash cans/receptacles and replace liners.
• Ensure proper labeling, dilution and use of all cleaning chemicals available.
• Maintains janitorial equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition.
• Operates specialized equipment as needed including augers, balers, waste compactors, etc.
• Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities and enforcing policies.
• Drive a culture of constant improvement, identifying and implementing projects to increase efficiency.
• Abide by Sizemore's and client's policies and procedures.
