Job summary

GITI is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead for the Night Shift in Richburg, SC. The role oversees a team handling inbound/outbound, picking, packing, and cycle counts within a busy warehouse, ensuring safety and adherence to SOPs.

You will plan schedules, monitor workflow, train new staff, and coordinate with other departments. Weekend/overtime and occasional travel to other sites are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in shipping/receiving environment or related field.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Valid state driver’s license; forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the work of team members handling inbound/outbound activities.
• Monitor daily schedules to optimize resource planning and process flow.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and staff is trained on SOPs.
• Oversee shipping/receiving to meet order fulfillment targets.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and training for new employees.
• Lead weekend/overtime coverage and potential travel to other sites.
