Job summary

UPS is seeking a supervisor to oversee Package Handlers, train workgroups, and maintain safety, productivity, and attendance standards across the operation.

You will lead in a fast-paced warehouse, enforce policies, promote teamwork, and drive continuous improvement through coaching and development plans. Strong communication and knowledge of Microsoft Office are required; lifting 70 lbs and flexible shifts are expected. Bachelor's degree preferred, management experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs / 32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred: Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Package Handlers and trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
