The role requires 3+ years in warehouse operations, knowledge of regulations, and a proven ability to manage people and processes while implementing improvements. Bachelor's degree preferred and MS Word/Excel proficiency are expected.

• Working knowledge of government regulations regarding warehouse operations

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate the daily activities for the warehouse within shipping operations
• Effectively forecast volume, staffing, and supply needs to meet productivity and expense budgets
• Walk the warehouse to ensure building conditions are maintained
• Identify potential safety hazards and correct them as necessary
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with the warehouse team and supply chain
• Develop productive associates through training and coaching
• Perform other duties as assigned, including special projects
