Job summary

Brooklyn Bottling Corp. is seeking a Production Supervisor for our night shift in Florida to oversee warehouse operations, supervise staff, and ensure safety and efficiency in all activities.

You will manage inventory, coordinate shipping and receiving, and drive process improvements across the distribution network. The role requires hands-on leadership, familiarity with WMS/AS400, and a strong safety mindset aligned with OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse management or supervision with strong leadership
• Extensive knowledge of inventory management, shipping/receiving, and materials handling techniques
• Forklift operation experience; forklift certification preferred
• Familiarity with WMS, AS400 systems, and logistics software for safety compliance

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, materials handling, and order fulfillment
• Manage inventory control through regular audits, cycle counts, and updates within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and AS400 platforms
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, safety, and accuracy across warehouse operations
• Oversee the operation of forklifts and other mechanical equipment to facilitate heavy lifting and materials handling safely
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all team members
• Collaborate with logistics partners and 3PL providers to optimize warehouse distribution strategies
• Train and manage warehouse staff on best practices in warehouse management, safety protocols, and equipment operation
