Job summary

Safelite is hiring a Fulfillment Associate II to prepare glass for distribution and support field operations. The role requires operating MHE, pallet handling, RF scanning, and maintaining safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will work a Monday–Friday shift 5:00 AM–1:30 PM with Saturday flexibility, and enjoy benefits including 401(k) matching, health coverage, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US.
• Experience operating material handling equipment (MHE) such as forklift/order picker.
• Ability to safely operate equipment and follow safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE such as forklift/order picker to move goods up to 40 ft.
• Perform warehousing tasks including pallet breakdown and dunnage prep.
• Use handheld RF scanners to receive, pick, ship, or locate inventory.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and adhere to PPE rules.
• Assist with offloading tractor trailers as needed.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.
