Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate in Tanner, AL. The role combines warehouse duties with documentation control to ensure accurate, efficient, and safe movement of materials.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment with both physical and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include handling deliveries, inventory counts, and documentation, while maintaining a clean and safe work area.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience (sitdown, standup, reach truck, pallet jack).
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with proven accuracy in recordkeeping.
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries, including loading/unloading trucks.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts using WMS, RF scanners, EDI, and ASN systems.
• Inspect products for damage during receiving and prior to shipment.
• Keep files and documentation updated for all shipped and received goods.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area.
