Job summary

US Foods Charlotte, NC is hiring for a Warehouse Team Member to accurately pick customer orders, build pallets, and load products for shipping. The role requires standing, lifting up to 80 lbs, and working 8+ hour night shifts, Sunday through Thursday with occasional weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and communicate in English for trainings and safety.
• High endurance with physical activity and lifting 20–80+ lbs.
• Experience selecting large scale warehouse orders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately select customer orders. Build and wrap pallets to meet weekly standards for productivity and accuracy.
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate an electric pallet jack.
• Move products from racks to pallets directed by order selecting software and equipment.
• Validate correct product and damage-free condition before shipping.
• Deliver products to correct dock area and shrink wrap palletized orders.
• Team up to clear aisles of debris and return pallet jacks to charging area.
