Job summary

HP Hood LLC in Agawam, MA is seeking a dedicated warehouse associate to safely load, unload, and stock finished products while prioritizing accuracy and efficiency.

You will operate forklifts and other PITs, pick inventory per load sheets, and stage orders for timely shipping in a cold, fast-paced environment.

This role offers night hours (9 PM–5:30 AM) with weekend work and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Some experience or training as a forklift operator.
• Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks/trailers using manual and motorized equipment.
• Identify and pick inventory for loading and staging based on customer sheets.
• Pull stock and move loads on racks, with increasing weights.
• Package and stage products to maintain production flow.
• Safely operate powered industrial trucks to move pallets within the warehouse.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
