Night Shift Selector Full Time, Come join our Team!

Best Value Food Products is looking for experienced, positive and energetic Warehouse Selectors to join our night shift team.

Primary Responsibilities

• The Warehouse Selector is responsible for accurate and efficient selection of product in our warehouse, proper preparation of shipments to our customers from the warehouse.
• Fulfilling customer orders by successfully picking items by location and building pallets per order pick tickets.
• Selectors will also be trained on the use of our company RF Scanners to process each completed customer order efficiently and effectively, ensuring the orders are 100% completed and that the pallet is built to company standards, labeled and staged in a warehouse location for it to be loaded onto our daily truck routes.
• The schedule for this position is from Sunday through Thursday evenings and occasional Saturdays throughout the year when needed, starting at 9:00 pm until work is completed.

Starting Salary

$15‑$17 per hour, depending on experience.

Additional Job Duties

• Accurately pull orders for shipping.
• Move and scan inventory to the proper area.
• Sort and place products in proper locations.
• Perform other general warehouse duties and responsibilities as required.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must speak fluent and clear English. Spanish is a bonus.
• Must be comfortable working in a cold/freezer environment; outer thermal wear will be provided.
• Must be able to communicate and work effectively.
• Must be able to work in a fast‑paced, multitasking warehouse environment.
• Must be able to follow oral instructions and pay attention to detail.
