Job summary

HP Hood is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support shipping and receiving operations in a fast-paced food and beverage facility in Massachusetts. You will follow established procedures to safely pick, stage, and load products while prioritizing quality and efficiency during the night shift.

The role requires operating forklifts and other PIT equipment, lifting heavy loads, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Some experience or training as a forklift operator.
• Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks using manual and motorized equipment.
• Accurately identify and pick inventory for loading and staging.
• Operate various powered industrial trucks (PITs) to move pallets.
• Maintain safe, efficient production flow and quality control.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
