Quirch Foods, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Selector for the night shift in Greensboro, NC. The role requires picking orders in a refrigerated/frozen warehouse, operating forklifts and electric pallet jacks, and ensuring FIFO picking with accurate scanning.

Qualified applicants should be 18+, able to read/write English, with warehouse experience and familiarity with CK31/CK71 scanners being a plus. The job involves lifting up to 100 pounds and working in 0–36°F conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, communicate in English.
• Experience in a warehouse environment as a selector using powered equipment (electric pallet jack, forklift).
• Familiar with CK31 & CK71 scanner is a plus.
• MHE certification preferred.
• Ability to work in refrigerated/frozen environment (0–36°F).
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift 20–100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Accurately, consistently and safely follow directions involving selecting product from a pick ticket in a refrigerated/frozen warehouse environment.
• Operate forklift, electric pallet jack, and any additional equipment as needed.
• Accurately identify and select cases of product from inventory locations; pick, palletize, wrap and scan orders using FIFO.
• Hand stack product in a specific sequence and location on a pallet for shipment.
• Maintain integrity of products through proper handling and storage; return undelivered or mis-picked product to proper inventory locations.
• Transport product from storage area to designated shipping area within time expectations.
• Follow safety rules and maintain a safe working environment; observe safe product handling techniques.
• Cooperate with supervisors and peers; adhere to attendance policy; complete shift as demanded by business needs.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on MHE; assist in cleaning and maintenance duties as directed by supervisor; other duties as assigned.
