Job summary

Performance Food Group (New) is seeking warehouse selectors to operate on-site in Wisconsin. Starting at a training rate of $20 per hour, advancing to $28 per hour after training with potential to earn $35–$40 per hour based on performance. Shifts are Sunday to Thursday nights, 6:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Lift up to 60-100 lbs depending on location.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule and prepare supplies for operations.
• Perform safety checks on pallet jack/forklift and use PPE as required.
• Place pallets on pallet jack and operate in multi-level racks to locate products.
• Move stock items from pick slots to pallets and wrap as needed.
• Transport completed orders to shipping dock staging and ensure timely shipment.
• Maintain equipment and complete required paperwork at end of shift.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines.
