Job summary

Sysco Northeast RDC in Colorado is seeking a full-time custodial associate responsible for general facility sanitation and cleanliness of the warehouse, with accountability to safety and productivity goals.

You will perform dusting, mopping, trash removal, restroom cleaning, floor care, and support sanitation logs. Night shifts available; 18+, ability to work independently, attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Must speak effectively with coworkers and in small groups.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties throughout the facility including dusting, sweeping, washing, mopping, and scrubbing.
• Maintain sanitary conditions and dispose of trash daily; clean spills.
• Clean coolers, floors, aisles, and mezzanine; assist with pallet and slot cleaning.
• Operate and maintain basic material handling equipment safely when required.
• Complete sanitation logs for planning and evaluation of activities.
• Support recycling and stretch wrap processes as needed.
• Ensure restrooms are clean and stocked; monitor safety rules.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor; maintain neat work areas.
• Keep warehouse locations accurate during cleaning; observe safety policies.
