Job summary

US Foods, Inc. is hiring a Night Warehouse Sanitation Worker in Norwich, CT. The role runs Sunday–Thursday, 8:00pm–4:30am, with a base pay of $20.12 per hour plus a $1.00 night shift differential.

Benefits start day one, including health, dental, vision, 401(k), ESPP, life insurance, and parental leave, with weekly pay. Responsibilities include warehouse cleaning, trash management, pallet handling, spill control, and light maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School education or GED preferred.
• Previous custodial experience preferred.
• Able to read and write legibly; follow orders; basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and clean entire warehouse to maintain cleanliness.
• Empty trash; operate trash compactor when applicable.
• Move pallets; clean/scrub product bays on a rotating basis.
• Clean spills and determine disposal per food safety requirements.
• Perform light maintenance (bulbs, recyclables, leaks).
• Document cleaning schedules and supplies as needed.
