Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Warehouse & Production Area Cleaner for the 3rd shift in Florence, KY. The role supports the Custodial Manager and performs a range of custodial duties in our warehouse and production facilities in line with established standards.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, operating floor scrubbers, cleaning restrooms, trash removal, and documenting tasks. PPE must be worn.

Qualifications

• Must follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Operate floor scrubbers and cleaning equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse and offices.
• Complete cleaning documentation as required.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop floors; clean walls, doors, and fixtures.
• Empty trash and maintain restrooms/break areas.
• Document tasks and report to supervisor daily.
• Clean warehouse walls, floors, racking, doors.
• Ensure a clean facility building, grounds, and parking areas.
