Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Warehouse & Production Area Cleaner for the 3rd shift in Florence, KY. The role involves cleaning production areas, sanitizing equipment, mopping floors, operating a ride-on floor scrubber, and maintaining overall site cleanliness in accordance with C&W Services procedures.

The successful candidate will perform daily hygiene checks, complete documentation, and support non-production/office areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Works safely and must be aware of surroundings
• Cleans production areas and controlled environments in accordance with procedures
• Sanitizes and scrubs machines, tables, counters, trash containers
• Mops and scrubs floors, doors, walls
• Operates ride-on floor scrubber in warehouse and production facility aisles
• Cleans warehouse walls, floors, racking, doors
• Gathers and removes trash from all identified areas
• Completes documentation and records of cleaning
• Cleans bathrooms & locker rooms and restock paper supplies daily
• Monitors defects such as clogged toilets and lights out and reports to supervisors

Such duties shall be in accordance with established standards, instructions, and procedures of C&W Services.Job DescriptionTypical Job Duties and Responsibilities – Production Area Cleaner:Works safely and must be aware of surroundingsCleans production areas and controlled environments in accordance with proceduresSanitizes and scrubs machines, tables, counters, trash containers.Mops and scrubs floors, doors, wallsOperate Ride-on floor scrubber in warehouse and production facility aislesClean warehouse walls, floors, racking, doorsGathers and removes trash from all identified areasCompletes documentation and records of cleaningMay be responsible for the cleaning & janitorial services to support non-production/office areasClean facility building, grounds, lighting, parking lotsPerform pre-op swabbing as requiredGather debris and trash such as cardboard, tape, shrink wrap areaDocuments and verifies activities supporting Company Food Safety & Quality Assurance Programs.Maintains plant cleanliness (cleans compactor area)Carry out daily Hygiene checks throughout the warehouseReports to Site Manager & Site Supervisor dailyInterface with all employees and QA/QCMaintain a positive work environment for your co-workersBe willing to take an active role in team building within our sanitation staffClean bathrooms & locker rooms and restock paper supplies daily.
