Job summary

BradyPLUS, based in New York, is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the night shift to support daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, picking, packing and inventory management. The role emphasizes safety, quality and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include order processing, audits, loading/unloading trucks, and operating pallet jacks or forklifts after training. Entry-level applicants are welcome and forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics or inventory preferred; entry level welcome.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain on hire.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks, pickers, or scrubbers.
• Basic computer skills for warehouse systems and data entry.
• Basic math for inventory counts and measurements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and overtime.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Pull and process customer orders for delivery and shipping with labeling and documentation.
• Receive, stock, and rotate products; participate in audits and annual inventory.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Operate warehouse equipment after training (pallet jacks, forklifts).
• Assist with facility and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and warehouse.
• Communicate with team and management and attend department meetings.
• Adhere to safety and compliance protocols and prioritize customer needs.
