• Sort and store materials by size, type, color, or product code.
• Handle perishable goods in refrigerated rooms.
• Fill requisitions and distribute stock to production workers.
• Assemble customer orders and prepare for shipping.
• Label materials with identifying information.
• Open containers and record quantities.
• Weigh/count items to ensure conformance with standards.
• Use computer to enter records.
• Drive vehicle to transport items between locations or to plant.
