Job summary

Fluor Corporation seeks a Warehouse Operator - Picker Shift Head to lead night operations and oversee picking activities. You will coach a team, monitor accuracy and productivity, and ensure safety compliance across shifts in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate with Receiving, Shipping and Inventory Control to maintain smooth workflow, train new staff, and drive continuous improvement in order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a continuous warehouse environment.
• Experience with WMS and RF scanning equipment.
• Knowledge of safety and health regulations in manufacturing.
• Understanding of inventory control, order picking and shipping.
• Ability to follow standards and work instructions.
• Quality focus and reliable performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily picking activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead, coach, and motivate warehouse associates.
• Monitor productivity, attendance and performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
• Maintain inventory accuracy per established procedures.
• Collaborate with Receiving, Shipping, Inventory Control and Ops.
• Train new employees on procedures, equipment, and safety.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce errors.
• Hold daily shift meetings and communicate priorities.
• Assist workforce planning and scheduling as needed.
• Ensure proper use of equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Support investigations into variances and complaints.
