Michael's Finer Meats & Seafoods is hiring Night Warehouse Workers to support order picking, packing, and shipping for premium meat and seafood products in the Midwest. You will operate equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and cherry pickers, with safety and accuracy as top priorities.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Able to lift 50 lbs or more consistently.
• Ability to work in a cold environment.
• Experience operating electric pallet jacks and stand-up forklifts preferred.
• Comfortable working at heights and using a cherry picker.

Aufgaben

• Read production schedules, customer orders, work orders, and shipping orders to determine materials to be moved or distributed.
• Move materials from receiving and production areas to storage or designated locations.
• Pick, sort, break down, and organize products by SKU, quantity, and product type.
• Assemble customer orders and prepare them for shipment.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including electric pallet jack, stand-up forklift, and cherry picker (up to 25 feet wearing a safety harness).
• Communicate effectively with Receivers, Drivers, Driver Check-in personnel, and Forklift Operators.
• Follow truck and trailer pull safety procedures.
• Store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Properly use and maintain company-issued equipment and PPE.
• Report safety concerns promptly.
• Wear company-issued uniform at all times.
• Open containers, crates, and other packaging as needed.
