Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Warehouse Picker for the 3rd shift (Sun-Thu, 7:30PM–4:00AM, overtime Saturdays). The role involves accurate order picking, packing, and staging for shipping while maintaining high quality and safety standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will use stand-ups and pallet jacks, support inventory control, and ensure items are undamaged prior to shipment. Candidates should be 18+, with basic math skills and strong teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred, not required.
• High level of accuracy to prevent errors in orders.
• Good verbal communication to coordinate with team and supervisors.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations.
• Stand-up experience is a plus and training is provided.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.

Responsibilities

• Pick stock items accurately according to order specs.
• Pack and prepare products for shipping or storage.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
